Last month the Commercial Realty competed against 13 other teams to pull a 70 tonne truck, 3.6 metres as part of the QUBE Truck Pull fundraiser.
Coming second out of all the teams, the Commercial Realty crew also raised $6270 towards the $40,000 overall pool, which will now be utilised by the Val Lishman Association for Autism research. Staff member Kim Black was also the highest overall individual fund raiser.
Mike Jenkins, Principal Commercial Realty said the team had a number of strong ties to community events of this nature, and had already committed to being part of the 2015 Truck Pull.
“As a corporate business we have a level of responsibility to reinvest in our community and especially with worth while causes such as the Val Lishman Association,” Mr Jenkins said.
“The Commercial Realty team are happy to invest both their time and energy with a number of localised charities and associations and help raise much needed funds.”
